Order Processing

All ready stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our facility in Singapore.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Singapore / Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. International shipping timelines will be confirmed after checkout and once the order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, or peak periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. VYNRAGE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
VYNRAGE is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
