Refund policy

Return / Exchange Window

We offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. We do not accept returns for refunds for change of mind.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • With proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Items showing signs of washing, odor (perfume/sweat), stains, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to request an exchange

To start an exchange, contact us at info@vynrage.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to exchange

  • Your requested size/item

  • Photos if there is an issue (wrong/defective/damaged item)

Returns/exchanges sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the necessary shipping cost.


Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or an unboxing video so we can resolve it quickly.


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale / clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that does not meet the eligibility requirements above


Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
If your item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will offer a refund or replacement after review. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after confirmation. If more than 8 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@vynrage.com.
